After the age of 30, most men are settled in their careers (at least the quality men).

A man in his 30s can afford to take you out to a fancy dinner restaurant (and some will!), but a man in his 40s won’t even think about letting you pick up the check.

A man in his 40s knows that no one is perfect. He may be less likely to judge you based on your quirks and imperfections. He's seen it all.
